Karácsony a gyülekezetben / Celebrating Christmas in the congregation
Áron bárányt, Zsombor csacsit játszott a karácsonyi történetben. Mindkét srác külön dícséretben részesült: Zsombor a komoly fizikai munkáért, amit Máriát hosszas megtartása jelentett, Áron pedig a magaviseletéért, ugyanis a főpróbával ellentétben most nem harapdálta az angyalokat.
Aron was one of the sheep, Zsombor was the donkey in the play. Both boys got major complements: in case of Zsombor to appreciate his heavy physical excercise of carrying Mary for so long time; and Aron for his good behavior- that unlike during the rehersal, he didn't bite the angels.

Karácsonyi ünnepségek a kórházban / Celebrating Christmas in the hospital
Az első két kép a "központi" kórházi ünnepségen készült. Az első kép sarkában Fruzsi feje látható (!) A másodikon balról jobbra Dr Juni, Tabasszija (adminisztrátor), Nisha (könyvelő), Mr Rao (a műszaki osztály vezetője) és Robin (a területi munka vezetője). A harmadik és negyedik kép a nővérek buliján készült egy játék közben. 3. kép: Rosni, Radzsna, Szumita, Ruth, Madhu, Manisha, Radzsna Priti, Lata ... Dr. Juni.
The first two pictures were taken on the "central" celebration of the hospital. Fruzsi's head can also be seen in the corner of the first snap. On the second one, from left to right: Dr Juni, Tabassia (administrator), Nisha (accountant), Mr Rao (haed of maintanance dept.) and Robin (head of the community health project). The party of nurses are seen in the 3rd and 4th pictures, we played a game around the table. The 3rd picture: Roshni, Rajna, Sumeeta, Ruth, Madhu, Manisha, Rajna Preety, Lata ... Dr. Juni.

A területi szociális munkát végző csapat hozta el a családot a kórházba. D-vitamin hiány miatt puhák, hajlanak a csontok.
Our field workers picked up this family and brought to the hospital. Soft, bent bones due to vitamin-D deficiency.

Hőmérséklet / Temparature
Áron aludni készül egy trópusi országban... Pulcsi, zokni, sapka a pizsama fölé, aztán a két pokróc. Nincs fűtés, a ház nem szigetelt, minden nyílászáró mellett hatalmas a rés. Három nappal később a újra elért bennünket egy meleg front, ma délután a srácok pólóban és rövidnadrágban szaladgáltak a kertben.
Aron goes to sleep in a tropical country... Pullover, socks and a cap above the pijama, then two blankets. There is no heating and the houses are not insulated, there are large gaps all around the windows and doors. Three days later warm wind blew; today afternoon the boys were running around in the garden in T-shirts and shorts again.

A kórterem éjszaka / The ward at night
Betegenként 1-2 hozzátartozó bent alszik a kórteremben: vagy vele egy ágyban vagy mellette a földön. A család maradék része a kórház előtt alszik a földön.
One or two relatives per patient sleep in the ward; either in the same bad or on the ground besides. The remaining part of the family sleeps in front of the hospital, on the ground.

A rendelő folyosólya / Corridor of the Outpatient Department
Beindultak az ingyen hályogműtétek. Rengeteg idős ember érkezik szemészeti vizsgálatra minden nap, tele velük a folyosó.
Free cataract surgeries were restarted. A huge number of old people come every day for ophtalmologic examination.
